When you purchase your carpet(s) with us, It will be shipped within two days of the purchase. You have 30 days from the day you receive your carpet to decide whether or not they work for your designated room. If you wish to return your carpet, you can do so by contacting us @ [email protected] for instructions for your return.  we'll email you the instructions for your return.
